The technique above is done by covering your cardstock with patterned paper, then lightly using modge podge over it. Let dry completely. Using your hand, put vaseline randomly over the paper and then paint with a matching acyrlic paint. Let the paint dry, and then wipe off with a paper towel. Where the vaseline is, the paint doesn't stick, giving you a peeled paint effect. Sort of cool.
This technique is very simple. Just use a piercer to make holes for interest.
I was two weeks behind on my cards, and was glad for a little time this morning to get them done. You'll be seeing more techniques for the next week probably.
