Saturday, Stephanie had a shower for Britt while she was home. For years now, I've been crocheting (and a little knitting) shawls to give to each of my grandchildren when they have their first baby. This is the first one I've given away. I guess I thought we'd get all girl g-grandchildren like we did granddaughters, because almost everything in the cedar chest is pink's/peaches/ etc. but guess what. Britt is getting a boy. Ruger Wade. It's amazing. I look at Steph and think...she isn't old enough to be a grandma...She doesn't even look like a grandma. But...here we are. Britt and Dustin have gone home now, back to Yuma. I think they'll be here for Christmas though.
