These barrels were originally a water fountain, but they got a leaky bottom in the top barrel, so I couldn't seem to keep water in them. I hadn't used it for a couple of years, and this spring I decided to put it in front of the porch and plant flowers in them. Worked out even better than I thought.
But, the Sunday before my surgery, when we had all the family here for a dinner, Jeff went outside to find Ellie and Kylee trying to level it up (it was on a slope) by lifting it up and putting rocks beneath it. Such helpers! He really got a big kick out of it. Maybe the grandkids are even a little OCD...???
