I'm not really too fond of this technique, but I'm trying to do them all. You clear embossing a stamp, and then paint bleach of it to lighten the design. Just okay. I guess on a card it would be okay, or maybe if I'd used a darker color cardstock to begin with.
This uses scraps, and I'm always looking for ways to use those up. On a card I can see this might be fun to do. It does take quite alot of sticky tape though. You put the tape down, and then cut strips to cover it before you pull off the top of the tape. You use twine to cover the pieced edges.
