I'm really trying to use up some of the stuff I have on hand, and one of those things...vellum. The Winter Wonderland vellum was something I'd had for awhile. I actually like how this turned out though. I used sparkly embossing powder for the snowflake. Mounted it on purple and then used a purple ribbon to tie the whole thing together.
