Poor Kierra. The wind was blowing 100 MPH...or at least it felt like it...and our helium filled balloons blew away right off. She was tired, and I think she must have been teething or something, because she is usually so happy. And the poor girl was crying in way too many photos. But it was fun, and we did get a few with he smiling. She's such a doll!
