This is what actually prompted me to do my tree in blues/silver/whites. When my sisters and my mom went to Utah this summer, we stopped at a quilting/scrapbooking store. They had these paper balls suspended from the ceiling and I was fascinated by them. They are squares folded and then glued together. It takes 60 of the little flower shaped cones to make one of these balls. That's a lot. I figured it would be a good way to use up some paper. And it was. I ended up making five or six of the balls, and a bunch of the flowers to use on my tree.
I always love my tree, but I was a little hesitant to change my color scheme. But, I ended up loving it.
